Jordan Kodner

Director
(he/him)

Jordan Kodner is from St. Louis, MO and graduated from The University of Missouri (Mizzou) in 2019. Jordan’s Hillel career began in 2021 at Mizzou Hillel as the Director of Jewish Student Life. His love for his Jewish community and Israel began at Solomon Schechter Day School where he grew up. Jordan has been part of many other Jewish organizations including United Synagogue Youth, the Nation Conference of Synagogue Youth, and Jewish Student Union. At Mizzou, he co-founded the Zeta Beta Tau fraternity chapter and was a regular at both Hillel and Chabad. Jordan has also spent 16 summers at Camp Ben Frankel and is a member of the Leadership Team there, as well as previously worked at Camp Manitowa and Camp JORi (Jewish Orphanage of Rhode Island).

Shoshi Weiss

Jewish Student Life Coordinator

Shoshi Weiss is the Jewish Student Life Coordinator for Hillel. She graduated from the College of Charleston in 2019. Shoshi has been part of Charleston’s greater Jewish community since attending Addlestone Hebrew Academy in town. She also participated in United Synagogue Youth and attended Camp Nageela Midwest throughout her life. Her love for Hillel and the Jewish Studies Program during her time at CofC led her to want to work with Hillel to continue bringing exciting programs and memorable experiences to students.
